Coaching is available with Jennifer Blough both in person and online for people wanting to manage compassion fatigue and cultivate compassion satisfaction.
Coaching provides a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental environment for you to express your concerns, develop healthy coping skills, and create lifestyle changes to help cope with compassion fatigue. We’ll work collaboratively to come up with a self-care plan that may include stress management techniques, time-management and organizational skills, and creating an identity separate from your work.
Unlike counseling, coaching is future-oriented and goal-directed. It is not appropriate for more severe diagnoses and for help dealing with past trauma. If you feel that you need more in-depth work, please see my counseling page.
